Return Policy:

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, contain all parts/components and a copy of the receipt/invoice that accompanied your original order. Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser. (If an item is determined to be defective, return shipping for the defective item(s) will be reimbursed at the current rate for USPS priority mail for the item returned.)

Non-defective item(s) that are returned must be in the original packaging and in original, new condition with no signs of wear.

Non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee based on the purchase price.

Item(s) without a copy of the receipt/invoice will not be accepted. (Sorry, but there are too many people out there who try returning items to us that were not purchased from BFL so we need to have proof of purchase.)

Flag Warranty Returns: Flags are warranted for life. If you need a replacement flag, send us an email with your receipt/invoice number if you have it or info on which flag you purchased and when when it was purchased so we can look up the receipt, then we can send a replacement flag to you. (This is for the flag only. Base, mast and topper not included in the flag warranty.)
